Reviews for Mark A.
Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mark A. Herber went way beyond what we would have expected from a lawyer. He was so wise in how to organize the case. He knew just how to find the right experts to testify on our behalf and showed a personal interest to understand our situation. His compassion and diligence in our case was amazing.
Mark provided good advice based on very unusual legal circumstances. Fairly priced for the request.
Mr. Herber represented me in a default judgment/debt collection matter. He is, in my opinion, an excellent attorney. Mr. Herber is diligent in representing his clients' best interests, keeps his clients apprised of progress in the case, and consults with them regarding the future course of action. If I should ever require legal assistance in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Mr. Herber.
This was the first time in 70 years that I needed legal help, not just
advice, but help in working with an insurance co. I was informed by my
insurance co that because of an accident I had involving a juvenile t they were being sued and possibly would be directed to me also. Mark explained our exposure. All went well, Mark and his staff keeping us informed of all communications to and from the insurance co. and settled 6/18/14.
Great Lawyer. Worked fast and communicated with me every step. Would recommend him to anyone.
