If your license was suspended in Texas then you cannot drive in Texas and most likely Oklahoma. A txdl can be suspended for a variety of reasons and you may be eligible for a restricted or occupational drivers license.

They call it manufacture / delivery because of the amount - it is more than a personal use amount.??The level of?offense depends on the type of drug but the drug free zone bumps whatever the?charge up one degree.

Can I be arrested for not giving someone their car back if I loaned them money?

Cynthia Russell Henley
Answered by attorney Cynthia Russell Henley (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Cynthia Henley
Yes, you can be arrested for auto theft unless there was an agreement that you would keep the car until the money was returned (which you should have gotten in writing.) And, since the car is in the roommate's name, I can envision the roommate saying she wants her car back & you would definitely have to return it if she says it is hers because you have no agreement with her.
