You do not give enough facts here to get any real answer. We need to know what the charges are and when and how often and for what specific reasons you were stopped.

What do I need to do about a shopliftting charge I just received?

Is what right? Is arresting a person that owns an insurance company right? If you own an insurance company, you are not immune from arrest for criminal behavior. Is it right to arrest a person for a shoplifting that is only worth $ 3.73. Shoplifting is shoplifting. Is it right to arrest a parent in front of her children? The police don't care about that. Is ti right to arrest a mother that has no other help with her children? Now we are not makign any sense. remember you own an insurance agency, which means you have resources. Still not quite sure why you stop at the Dollar General all the time, or why they know your name when you OWN an insurance agency. Good luck.

Can a private attorney help my daughter for probation that has mental illness and judge sending her to hospital?

Cynthia Russell Henley

Criminal Law lawyer at Cynthia Henley
Maybe. The lawyer may be able to arrange for a private doctor to go in and evaluate her, and perhaps get her moved to a private hospital if you have insurance to cover it.
