John S. Capper IV received his J.D. from Indiana University and is a senior partner at Capper, Tulley & Reimondo, an AV-rated Martindale‑Hubbell firm established in 1907. With more than 40 years’ experience, he concentrates in family law—handling complex financial divorce litigation, paternity actions, contested child custody and parenting‑time disputes, and adult and child guardianships—providing individually tailored representation. He also represents seriously injured plaintiffs in auto and truck collisions, wrongful‑death, premises‑liability, and other personal‑injury matters.
