I recently used Ben for the closing on my house. He was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive during the whole process. In addition, through his experience he was able to guide me through some of the more difficult areas in the real estate closing process. I would highly recommend him to family or friends.

Closing ran smoothly, and given a quitclaim deed was required, he made it seamless for both me and my ex. He truly is a pleasure to work with.
