Deanna assisted me with seeing how to collect funds we were granted from PA DOT during a partial take of our property. This ended up successful. She later guided me in figuring out how to move forward in petitioning PA DOT to award us more then what they initially did. Worst professional experience you can imagine. Lack of organization, communication and basic care for paying clients was unbelievable. I never knew or understood what was going on but continued to get billed each month. Any time I had questions or concerns, I felt like an inconvenience instead of a paying client. I was ghosted in emails, and scheduled calls. She made decisions without my input then would bill me. She was paid on time monthly, over a year of wages for me.
