Hired Law Firm
Berry law has a fantastic team of attorneys. I recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of help with their VA claims. I am a combat veteran and have been battling with the VA for years trying to get my benefits and was unsuccessful. I contacted Berry law, got in contact with attorney Thomas Kroh and his legal assistant Gabriella and they helped me get to 100% service connected. They were amazing and anytime I had any questions they were always available to speak with me and answer them. I cannot say enough about them, me and my family are so grateful.
Very helpful though the process and knowledgeable. Helped me avoid further issues that could have occurred without legal help!

Hired Law Firm
I can’t say enough great things about Berry Law, but specifically David Ossian, my Case Manager and USMC Veteran. After years of feeling defeated by the VA,
Abbie Steiner is an excellent attorney I have ever worked with. From our first conversation, she explained everything to me about my traffic citation (Traffic violations) that I could easily understand. and her communication/listening skills are excellent. She is very responsive when I have questions. As it was my first interaction with a legal firm in my Life. but she made me relax. I'm very happy with the outcome. If anyone is looking for a problem solver and Knowledgeable attorney at reasonable price just hand over your case to Abbie Steiner. She will take care of you.
My experience with Berry Law was exceptional! John Berry and his team of Stephanie Bennet and Melissa Lovrien were beyond compare. They were with me every step of the way in the long battle to win a positive decision on my claim. I am convinced that many firms might have given up but not them. They are the best. Thanks to all who worked to achieve this decision!
As a fellow veteran who struggled for years to receive the Veterans disability benefits that I deserved, I am thrilled to share my experience with the Berry Law Firm. Their team, and in particular, Attorney Taylor Wikum, Emily Weiss, and legal assistant Jamie Krien, were truly amazing in helping me through the process. After developing early onset Parkinson's disease due to TBI during my time in the service, I was determined to receive the benefits that I knew I deserved. However, despite several attempts on my own, I was constantly met with frustration and roadblocks. That is until I was connected with the Berry Law Firm. Their team stuck with me for six years, never giving up on my case or my right to receive the benefits that I had earned. They worked tirelessly to gather evidence and build a strong case on my behalf, and their dedication paid off in the end. I cannot speak highly enough of Attorney Taylor Wikum, Emily Weiss, and legal assistant Jamie Krien.
Corrina Bartels is dedicated and resourceful, she was driven to get us the benefits we had been fighting for. Without Berry Law Firm it would have been years before we saw real movement on our VA claims. Once we hired Berry, it was only months before I was at 100% P&T!! Corrina and the rest of the staff at Berry keep the veterans frontand center. We would recommend them to anyone!!
If you are prior military, then you know the value of teamwork. DO NOT try and fight the VA on your own. I had been fighting the VA for years, trying to get compensated for issues caused by my time in service and getting nowhere. After seeing an ad on TV and researching Berry Law, I felt they understood veterans and hired them. I was represented by Stephani Bennett and Melissa Lovrien and they took over the fight and made me feel valued. Stephani and Melissa communicated with me their plan and they executed it flawlessly. I was just granted 100% P&T thanks to Stephani and Melissa. My life is forever changed and I, as well as my wife and young boys, thank you. I would go to war with Berry Law, especially with my battle buddies, Stephani and Melissa.
Evan Stein truly went above and beyond when it came to my personal injury accident! His attention to detail and sense of urgency was something you rarely see these days. Such a reputable attorney & law firm that treats their clients with the utmost respect and compassion. Highly recommend Mr. Stein to take care of your case and needs, alike.
Sean Shepherd and Berry Law firm were amazing to work with! Never gave up and continued the fight with the VA. Recommend them to anyone dealing with the pain that the VA can be.
Reviews
These client and peer reviews are from the Martindale-Avvo Legal Network.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
