Thank you Ross, Karen, and the rest of the staff at Menk and Menk Law Firm. You have changed my life and made a good situation out of a bad one. I am forever grateful and highly recommend you as a law firm. Let me start by saying the work comp system is incredibly rigged. It's not like you get hurt, and you have won the jackpot. It is quite the opposite. I pray that no one has to experience what I had. They were very experienced, precise, and very patient with me.

As a spouse of a client, Attorney Menk treated me as if I was also his client. Always willing to help me understand the process and kept me informed with permission from my husband. I always felt as though he treated my husband like his own family, like his brother. Atty Menk always had my husbands best interest at all times. He always returned calls and emails. I never worried about my husbands case with Ross.

I was in a severe car accident on my way to another state for work when I slid off the road. I realized after about a week I was going to have a long haul in front of me. Talking to the adjuster from work comp. I knew they were not out for my best interest. Ross sent his associate which happened to be his brother to come see me an hour away while I was in the hospital. We got along and I felt I could trust them.

Did what Ross said he would do. Disappointed alittle with the actual time frame but this was not my attorney's fault. The size of my settlement was adequate but I really wanted justice served but did not want to take a gamble and lose my case. Ross did his best I believe.

Met me at home to get me as a client. Took on the case but were very unprofessional when it came to returning calls. Knew I had no interest in combining my work comp case with my termination case but ignored that and still talked me into a global mediation where they new it was all or nothing. Doing so allowed me to get completely railroaded on my termination case. I would get correspondence from the insurance companies attorneys far before I would hear anything from Menk and Menk relating to
