I recently had Mr. Weinshenker represent me in a child custody case and a child support case. I feel that he is an amazing attorney. He led in me in the right direction every step of the way. He never once told me something that wasn't true. He has great communication skills and really knows the law. I would recommend him to anyone. Emails are always returned and he has the best interest of his client at heart. Never once did I feel he took advantage of my money or me. Great office staff!
Custody case handled with great efficiency, expediency, communication and legal directives clearly and accurately expressed. Office staff just as helpful.
Very impersonal. Felt more could have been done. Need another lawyer to explain the outcome of my case. Don't feel I can call with any questions.
Document copies I received are full of typo errors; Staff acts tired when speaking to them on the phone; Empathy is not the staff's strong suit; Phone calls go unreturned; I have received emails that I didn't know I had because they ended up in my Spam box, which I do check often, just not everyday and these emails would contain information of urgent nature; the list goes on and on - incorrect address information or not updated contact information after receiving proper notice of a change, etc.
During my hour consult, Mr. Weinshenker made a call while I was speaking, took calls, excused himself to talk to a mediator, then dismissed me early to again meet the same mediator. He certainly didn't give me his full attention or even pretend to be on my side of the matter at hand. Total waste of $100!

Charged very high money and doesn't respond back, lazy and lie a lot.
As another reviewer submitted, paperwork is incomplete, full of typos and does not represent the case in an accurate manner. Seth (attorney) does not interact with you and relies totally on legal assistants to send you back and forth for answers. (that they cannot answer) Most unreliable, unprofessional attorney I have ever dealt with. Please do not be mislead by his website, it is not a true or accurate representation of the services you will receive.
Very rude assistant, just for some advice would be $100, wanted to know if I had a reason to go to a magistrate and the assistant's response was " Oh, I am not a lawyer if you need advice pay the $100 " very rude, I would not recommend
