These lawyers were very interested in going along with what 'usually' happens in court here instead of actually working towards things I wanted. They were not willing to fight for what I wanted and were not near worth what they cost.

Hired Attorney Matthew C. Gagliardo

This lawyer loves lunch cuz every time you call that’s where he is. Doesn’t know how to answer questions or respond to clients. You can call three times a day and will be told he is at lunch. Would not recommend this lawyer or law firm. He should be disbarred and find a new job.

This law firm overseas an office in Elmira. My lawyer has contacted me maybe 3x in 15 months !!!. Do you want to talk customer service, about my lawyer, the Healthcare system ? I mean no return calls and I'm suffering. Unbelievable. I would like to REQUEST A REAL LAWYER NOW PLEASE. THANK YOU....

The lawyer Megan Cuniga would tell me to call her with any questions but would never answer the phone she told me she was entitled to my money before she had even done her job and then was unable to follow a simple directive and got offended when I told her I was angry about it.
