Although at first the didn't think they could win the case persistence on my part won them over. I knew I could prove my injury just by my persistence in the details of what took place. They said with my health problems the injury could be associated in the injury. I was able to have the judge see health issues were not involved in the accident.
Easy to work with.
2 times they handle my ssi case 2 times i lost
The attorneys and their assistants do not return calls. They do not let you know anything that's going on with your case. They put off filing the case or settling until the very last minute! I will never use them again if I need legal counsel.
They are incompetent. Rude . All they did was screw me around for weeks and made me miss my appeal date because they couldn'tb honest tell me no when i first time called instead the waited weeks to do so .they Said I needed 6 months of consistent medical treatment. When I had 4 yrs of it . Have medical proof from multiple docs all saying same thing I can work . Don't waste ur time with company u will regret it . And they show up first because they pay to. They are not good people or lawyers
As first client mentioned very poor in keeping you up-to-date
on your case. My husband has had a workman comp case with them
for about 6 years and it is still not settled. First we thought
it reflected the assistance's job performance but our last
conversation with our attorney and his prompt response to get back
with us has not proven to be efficient either. My husband spoke with
him the week prior to Easter with (I'll get back in touch shortly).
What is shortly, to me that is not.{para}Unhappy!
