My husband was seriously injured at work, and after several months, we were still getting the run-around when dealing with BWC and the employer's MCO. It was clear we needed a Worker's Comp expert. Jim has only represented us for a couple of months but it's already making a big difference. As the injured worker, all the cards are stacked against you, and you MUST have someone like Jim and his great staff who can help you navigate the system. I'm so happy we found Monast Law Office.

I saw the Workers Comp Doctor for an injury and was given a prescription. Went to the pharmacy and the prescription was denied payment. I made one phone call to the Monast Law Office and talked with the sweetest lady, Wilma. She took my information & took care of everything for me! I had my medicine within 24 hours! Injury is not fun for anyone, but they are so caring and understanding! Grateful to them for taking all the extra stress off my plate!
