Maguire and Schneider were my Lawyers thru Pre-Paid Legal Services. I was confused from the beginning as I was due free hours yet they requested $400.00 retainer. Then the retainer was returned and I was referred to a different lawyer as they had a conflict.

I live in Cincinnati, and Maguire & Schneider is my provider firm contracted through PrePaid Legal Services. I believe they are just very disconnected because they are in Columbus, and I am not a local client. I have received the briefest, seemingly most superficial advice/service possible in the past, and I was quite disappointed because of it. They are probably a very good law firm, but with my circumstances, I just don't feel like they care.

They are a scam. Don't waste your time. They put me in touch with one lawyer after paying LegalShield a large fee. Maguire Schneider Hassay, did nothing but have ONE lawyer call me AND instantly rejected the case, DID NOT OFFER ANY OTHER LAWYERS and immediately sent me an email whining that they have "exhausted all their resources" BELOW IS THEIR EMAIL: File No. OH-NW3-BVQ Landlord Tenant Dear AMBER BARRINGER: Thank you for using your LegalShield membership. This letter is to inform you that we have exhausted our resources in connection with locating a referral attorney for your legal matter. We have contacted every referral attorney in the LegalShield network licensed in the jurisdiction and practicing in the area of law in question. Unfortunately, none of those were available to take on your matter. We would encourage you to contact the state and local bar association referral services.
