-1 STAR Gallagher, Gams, Tallan, Barnes & Littrell—especially attorney Lori Thomson—exhibited deeply unethical conduct in the Supreme Court of Ohio case Kimble v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Company. Minister M.L. Kimble alleges civil rights violations and misconduct by State Farm and its legal team. Thomson, named as a respondent in the case, allegedly threatened the plaintiff, obstructed communication, and repeatedly avoided lawful service. Despite this, she continues to represent State Farm, raising serious conflict of interest concerns. The firm’s tactics—delays, evasion, and refusal to engage in good faith—reflect a disregard for justice and transparency. Their actions undermine public trust and weaponize legal power against vulnerable citizens. This is not zealous advocacy—it’s systemic abuse. The Supreme Court should investigate and disqualify Thomson. If you value ethics, avoid this firm. Their behavior is a warning, not a recommendation.

I am writing to bring attention to an ongoing dispute and formal complaint against State Farm Fire and Casualty. It has come to my notice that State Farm Fire and Casualty is continuing to wilfully disregard our legal statutes, specifically Section 2921.11 of the Ohio Laws and Administrative Rules in their actions towards me. State Farm Fire and Casualty has made false and damaging accusations by publicly branding me as responsible for a hate crime at my business without any substantiated evidence. These baseless allegations have not only infringed upon my rights but have also caused irreparable harm to my professional reputation and career. Such actions clearly contravene the law that prohibits the dissemination of false information that tarnishes an individual's professional standing.

Dear Attorney at Gallagher, Gams, Tallan, Barnes & Littrell, LLP, I am writing on behalf of the former HCV Distribution Corporation, The HCV Store, KNS Ministries INC and their family members and former employees to address the serious allegations against State Farm Corporation, State Farm Agent Jeff Lambert, State Farm special investigator Lonnie Johnson, Deborah McSurley, and McNeill Chevrolet located in Swanton, OH. Our corporation has gathered evidence demonstrating that the parties above mentioned have violated various laws, including section 3901.21 of The Ohio Laws and Administrative Rules effective as of July 2022. These violations have resulted in the infringement of Mr. Kimble's rights and the rights of the entities and individuals he represents.
