I reached out to Mark Post due to renewal of my passport was denied. The denial was due to an outstanding bench warrant from Muskogee County, Georgia, August 1989 which I was not aware of. I don't live in Georgia and sought advice and was informed required a lawyer from Georgia. After several attempts to try to locate one and reviewing reviews, contacted Mark Post's office and spoke to his paralegal, Victoria. Arranged for Zoom meeting and discussed the letter form the U.S. State Department denying the renewal of my passport. Mark thoughly explained the process, as the warrant was old, the research to locate which department issue the warrant, along with the fee. Mark called and kept me abreast of the steps he had or was taken to one, locate the warrant and two to have the warrant dismissed. Called to informed of the dismissal of the warrant and provided court documentation. It was a successful conclusion. Satisfied with his representation and keeping me inform.

My case was very tricky. Let me start off by saying I have contacted multiple attorneys that said they wouldn't be able to help me due to the situation. But once I talked to Mark I knew right then and there I was in good hands! I had a warrant for my arrest that was dated back to 2015 in Georgia. I currently stay in Indiana so none of the lawyers in Indiana or Georgia would help me except for Mark Post. The warrant was for a felony charge. Most attorneys said I would need to turn myself in so the case could go through the courts before they could proceed to help me. Mark on the other hand from day one listened to me and did not want me to come anywhere near GA. I hired Mark in March of 2021 and my warrant was dropped August of 2021! I highly recommend him for any of your legal needs! He is the best attorney around!
