Gary Bruce Law is a law firm established in 1994 with an office in Columbus, GA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents and 14 other areas of law.
Gary Bruce and his staff was awesome in assiting me with my claim and each step i needed to take. Although it was a harmful experience physically, Gary Bruce and staff fought to try and make things right and that i was compensated in some way. He is definitely the "Good Guy"! My only concern was when I was signing the closing documents, there was a check for about $438 that had to do with either the hospital bills or the insurance bills. The way I understood it was that if I signed it I would get that check as well. However it was not extended to me. It is not any big deal however I do not want to be liable for that check amount I did not get if the hospital or insurance company comes back after me and wants that money.

I contacted him after the accident and the process was easy and they were super friendly. He explained to me the step by step process. He kept me updated on the progress . He fought to get me the best possible offer for the accident in which I was involved. I have no complaints.
I was hit by a driver that ran a red light. I was a new widow needing help and Mr Ladson was assigned my case. I had no idea what to expect. Over 11 months I initiated every communication with them, waiting 6-8 weeks between requests. When my medical treatments were over and an official demand letter was sent I had to ask for a copy of that letter. When I asked the status of medical claims, there was no definitive answer. I told Mr. Ladson to WAIT to settle until I confirmed with my health insurance the status of medical claims associated with the wreck. I called 10 days later to give him the info and was told my claim had been settled. I asked for a meeting to discuss my case and recourse to the settlement against my wishes. I met with both Mr Ladson and Mr Bruce. I very calmly asked questions and Mr. Bruce was VERY RUDE to me!! He raised his voice and made inappropriate hand gestures....it is NOT OK to treat a client or anyone the way he treated me. I DO NOT recommend his firm!
