He took a $3,000 retainer then did nothing to help with my case just left the country. Had to hire an actual lawyer to help me which they did immediately. So as of now I lost 3,000 stay away from this guy

I met with Colley either 12/21 or22.My daughter had filed identity theft against me in retaliation of me removing her from my Will.Colley was very rude and treated me like trash.i had never had any legal charges filed against me.Colley did not spend more than 5 min.with me and in that time he said he had to have $5k that day or the court would not allow him to represent me.He never said the $5k wasn't refundable. When I hired another attorney he wound not refund my money.
