Hired Attorney

Daniel Murphy representing me in the case and was that a good outcome I was not happy with his service do not recommend him at all please find another lawyer if you don't want to go to jail and do strict probation. Paid a lot for his service and was not happy please stay away

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, but I have no record of any retained case this year where someone has paid me and they have gone to jail. There are times where the facts of the case are bad enough (i.e. first degree murder with hard evidence against the defendant) where jail is the only realistic option to avoid an extremely harsh sentence, but that's definitely not the case here. I think you have me confused with someone else. Best of luck to you!
