In life it's hard finding a great attorney that will work on your behalf as a person that has been injured by a company that doesn't care. I've spent many hours searching for a great attorney when I was injured on the job and out of all the attorneys I've spoke with, Attorney Sam Bass was the only one I can say was great in understanding me as a person and as an injured person that needed help navigating through the system to get medical attention. He was knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, responsive, organized and so much more that I can go on and on, but what stood out the most for me is that he listened to my concerns and if I have any questions, he didn't hesitate to give me a call back regardless of how many times I called, he was there to assist. My interaction with Sam never felt like lawyer and client relationship. It felt like a family member helping out another family member. He was always there to answer any questions we had. If he had other clients we never knew because he made us feel like we were always the only one. Sometime I wish the case was still going on because I miss him but he still check in every now and then.
