Well it appears people who have used Mr. Merritt himself have had great experiences! Would love to hear about any of the other attorneys. Attorney Ben Cahill is a waste of time and money. He is arrogant and doesn't have time for you nor does he have anymore knowledge than you could find on google. He is rude and will belittle you in hopes that you don't realize the trash advice you're receiving.

We have prepaid legal services through this company. When I needed them to compose a letter they didn't think it was necessary. We will be leaving this plan.

Extremely disappointed with Merritt, Webb, Wilson & Caruso. I followed instructions, submitted all documentation, and was promised a letter regarding wrongful credit reporting—then abruptly refused with contradictory excuses. Communication was inconsistent, evasive, and condescending. I was falsely labeled “argumentative” and treated unfairly. I believe the firm engaged in discriminatory practices and microaggressions, dismissing me as an African American woman advocating for myself. Their handling of my case was negligent, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I do not recommend this firm for anyone seeking reliable, professional legal assistance.

Move to another state like Georgia which has a high quality Legal Shield provider law firm! I have really nothing good to say about how these people service Legal Shield membership customers except, why hasn't the Oklahoma corporate office terminated their contract after years of misrepresenting clients? My firsthand experience and opinion, they should renounce themselves from any affiliation with this law firm. As an Associate, I won't sell anymore memberships to anyone in the Tennessee, Carolina area out of pure embarrassment they my customers would be forced to interact with some of these people. I would say, approximately 5% of my request for help was handled in a professional, competent and in a manner that showed they cared about my issue and wasn't just simply throwing out a quick " rush me off the phone " answer by telling me to make my on phone call, or write my own letter within the first few minutes on a call with me. Thus law firm is a joke. Don't call accounting. The lady is a complete unprofessional upstart. Google thier building, I can't imagen what scummy legal upstarts work here. They are not willing to hear you out which just results in churn and repeat callers. This place with LegalShield combined is a scam.

No bad service and lack knowledge. Led me on for 3 months before letting me know that they can only write letters.They were trying to negotiate with someone I was harassed by. I felt very uncomfortable with them trying to negotiate with people I alleged harassed me that I was bring a claim on. Moreover there are statutes of limitations that I am racing now.

received a call from a Steven M. Gebeaux, he was unprofessional, unhelpful, smug, and arrogant, I'm beyond disappointed. The reason I reach out to an attorney is for their expertise and help, and not for them to assume i would know how to proceed or what I would need to proceed. I will be looking to cancel my membership with Legal shield if I have to have this firm as my attorney for the membership. I would not want him as am employee representing my company.

Anytime we called for an update on our issue, it was always, "we are researching". Company stated they left us numerous voicemails which is not true, times where they said they called us, they never did. Not worth the time to deal with them.
