40yrs ago I broke the law which resulted in a Class C felony, I was given a Suspended Imposition of Sentence if I completed a short probation w/o incident the felony would be expunged. In 2004 I applied for a gun permit and was denied felons can't possess firearms. 14yrs later I contacted a lawyer to get this expunged after 9 months I was told there wasn't anything they could do. I then contacted Andrew Popplewell of Eng & Woods he reviewed my case and in short order my case was cleared.

My daughter got in a little trouble with the law and I called Mr. Popplewell and he was incredible! He called me right back and after I explained the mess she was in he put together a plan. He got right to work and communicated with me through the whole thing. Now she is free and clear and he was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend him!
