I retained Pat Eng and Adam Downing for two cases of mine in 2009-2010. After researching many different lawyers I choose Eng and Woods Law Firm because of their success rate on past cases, the familiarity of the court in which my cases were being tried, and also because I wanted someone who would fight for me. Actually, getting the judge to reconsider my sentence, something she had never done prior on the bench. He was great to work with and kept me up to date on my case. He was very nice and very understanding of everything that was going on. I hope to never have to use Andrew again but in the case I do get in trouble he will be the first one I contact! He was so nice and so easy to work with!

after about a week of calling other law firms and being pushed from one to another, i called eng and woods . spoke with mat,and he said he would help, do everything he could. after some time issue got resolved. IFthere is ever another problem they WILL be the FIRST i call

In my opinion, Adam would rather settle a case, no matter what.
In my Opinion he works on settling the case before finding out the details of the case or doing his "Homework" on the facts. In my opinion he does not know the facts about Jail time conditions or probation terms or drug court. Adam is a very nice man, but except for basic/simple cases I would not go to him.
