About Brent Francis Vullings

We represent consumers everyday who want and deserve an accurate credit report.  My firm works tirelessly to right the wrongs of identity theft, credit mistakes, and credit card fraud which plague millions of Americans every year. My firm has represented thousands of consumers in the areas of Identity Theft, Credit Card Fraud, Credit Report Mistakes or Errors, and Debt Collection Harassment.  Our Consumer Proctection practice focuses on assisting clients with problems, errors and/or inconsistencies on their credit and fighting debt collection harassment.  The Vullings Law Group, LLC was established to encourage consumers to maximize the use of their legal rights and our firm will continue to do so for many years to come.

A well known utility company made a billing mistake on my account that ultimately showed up on my credit report. I was getting pushed around by the company who kept making promises to fix it, transferring my issue around, and failing to follow through on conversations. I finally had enough and reached out to Brent at Vulllings Law. Brent was extremely responsive to my frustration with the company and their inability to fix the billing mistake and ultimately my credit! Brent was obviously experienced dealing with situations like this. He set really good expectations of the process, his time, and the effort that would be required to achieve a fair resolution. A few weeks later, the billing issue was resolved, my credit was repaired, and the company even paid me for the angst they caused me as a result of their poor service. Brent was fantastic. I highly recommend him and the team at Vullings Law.

Brent told me what he was going to do, and did exactly what he said he would do. Identity thieves ruined my life for three years. Brent fixed it in a few months and never charged me a dime. I highly recommend Brent for victims of identity theft. He could not have possibly done anything better and in fact he far exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!!

He was extremely honest and down to earth in explaining my issue. We went to Court and the other side fought very hard. But they were no match for Mr. Vullings. He won my case and wouldn't take a cent from me - the law says the other side pays the attorney's fees. Highly recommended if you are having credit report problems!!

I had a new mortgage come on my credit out of the blue despite the fact that I paid off my house over ten years ago. Alarmingly, the mortgage company had documents with my name on them but not my signature. I fought with this mortgage company and the credit bureaus, jumping through their various hoops, for over a year. It got me nowhere. Then, I got Brent involved. Brent took care of everything in a couple short months and didn’t ask me for a dime. I recommend Brent Vullings to anyone with credit report problems. He is a guy who gets things done, and gets them done quickly.
