-To the public: I apologize for my late warning. I realize I have a social obligation, in order for others to avoid what I've endured. -To Rachel Banchand: I long ago contacted the Florida Bar, to which the attorney informed me "You have a very strong case, and if I were you, I wouldn't send her another dime. You have six years to submit for review in order to recoup fees spent"...to which, of course, I will. All the red flags were there: Unanswered calls/emails; a dropped ball (incl PAID hour long phone session) TO plan an emergency hearing, then left for vacation (forgot to file with the Court). Countless emails from my ex, furious of time spent leading up to/during mediations, stating your unprofessionalism in being "unprepared in even providing basic information to his council", etc etc. After a year representation, approx $16k in fees, many mistakes and forgotten HUGE topics (ie: retirement), I was forced to terminate and rehire new attorney, who was great!
