Mr. Bernard took on my eeoc case for sexual harassment and retaliation. Many other lawyers I contacted did not take my claim serious. Well one year later, we reached a conciliation agreement. Mr. Bernard was prepared for litigation but was able to get me a fair settlement. Thank you Mr. Bernard. In my eyes you are a true advocate for workplace harassment. I believe that his reputation as one of the best influenced the respondent to settle.
