Excellent attorney; cumbersome support system; made to feel my case was low priority; case only addressed when deadline was approaching
Jamie Schwinghamer and her assistant lack attention to important details. Schwinghamer responded to client concerns with misunderstanding, emotional tirade, and failed to attempt clarification or understanding with client. She misinterpreted the request and quit citing "irreconcilable differences." She never attempted a reconciliation of the client's concern.
My mom's house was in probate, and they quit my case and tried to charge me thousands for nothing couldn't get me any information about my deceased moms house no information or papers of payments or amount owned I had three different lawyers throughout my case. Told me if I didn't agree to a third-party ruling, they would quit so I had no choice and then they decided to quit after doing 2 zoom calls that lasted less than 2o mins each and a few emails. I lost my job, and my mom passed away and they showed zero compassion sending emails and text at 2am and extremely rude and sobby remarks on email I would recommend no one work with this firm or for them they didn't do anything I asked and made my situation 100 times worse, and I will be filing a grievance of disservice
The worst and most unprofessional lawyer I have ever dealt with.
She has a complete lack of communication skills and is on some kind of "power trip" trying to scare innocent people with taking their properties away.
Please beware of dealing with this person.
I am really surprised that Roetzel & Andress still keeps someone so extremely rude like this employed.
Moreover, this person charges for whatever she feels like and crosses out whole parts of the itemized bill.
