June of 08 when my accident happened, I wasn't given much help from the insurance company. Even though it was a relativity small case I needed some help. Just took one call to Nurenberg and they set up an appointment for me to come in and talk about my case. From then on they took over all communication with the insurance company and handled everything. I was very pleased with both the work and the settlement and would highly recommend them to any of my friends.

Hired Attorney David A. Herman

David Herman is an amazing attorney. I'm still talking about the courtroom killer to this day. I was always confident in his abilities, he kept me looking on the bright side of things and explained everything to me every step of the way. The day of the closing arguments I wasn't too sure on how the jury would vote but when I got in the chair I was so nervous I didn't remember to say everything I wanted to say, and maybe things didn't even come out right but David Herman knew my story and voiced it.

When one has lost a loved one (son) in an Airline crash the toll on many levels is devastating. Then one is again traumatized by the airline executives & their attorneys. We often felt victimized by the opposing attorneys. Jamie Lebovitz & his support staff hand held me, my family & friends through this terrible experience.
