I am an asset recovery agent in CA who help people recover surplus funds from single-family mortgage foreclosures. I have an existing case in Hamilton County, Ohio whereby my client/claimant is the legal heir to the previous owner (incapacitated) of property in that county. I have a copy from the Probate Court designating her as such. On 3/5, claimant notarized 3 documents: Fee Agreement, Letters of Direction, Assignment of Rights. Brian Flick is an awful so called "expert" in this law firm. Beware. Isn't prompt, thorough, lucky to get a response whatsoever. Should really watch with whom they toss you back and forth to.
I do not recommend this guy. He does not follow through. Its years later and I am still going the crap he did or shall I say didn't do. I hope those that want to hire this guy reads this. A total waste of money in my case.
