About Arleesha Wilson

I am a native Clevelander and a proud graduate of John Hay High School (shout out to class of 2003)! I started my career studying Criminal Justice at Bowling Green State University. Shortly thereafter, I was a Probation Officer for five years. During this time, I supported many through the process of probation and found my passion for advocacy. As a Probation Officer, my philosophy was simply to inspire people to do better in life, rather than violate them, which often came with jail time. Discovering the passion of advocacy led me to law school.

In law school, I participated on the Trial Advocacy Team. This experience taught me how to present a case and advocate for a client in court. I continue to draw on that experience as a real life attorney. Cleveland Marshall College of Law taught me how to read and interpret law, a skill that I offer clients in hopes of helping them fight through the complex legal system. Although I can’t promise to win every case, I can promise to fight for my clients!

Hired Attorney

Positive reviews are often bought. My stepsons were being sue by a landlord that gave them a 3 day notice. Not for failure to pay rent(which was $1,050.00) or damage or anything like that. They moved. A full year later the landlord sued for 2 months unpaid rent. My stepsons retained attorney Wilson. They proved they paid, proved when they moved because they bought a home. WE EVEN LEARNED THE JUDGE IN THE CASE PREVIOUSLY WORKED FOR THE PLAINTIFFS FIRM. You'd think this was simple right? Well, after attorney Wilson worked her magic, charging them over $1,500.00 in fees, they now owe almost $4,000.00 to the landlord, and we have no idea how. And to add insult to injury, she wanted them to pay her ANOTHER RETAINER TO UNDO WHAT SHE DID. STEER CLEAR OF HER, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Hired Attorney

I worked for Arleesha Wilson as a paralegal independent contractor from September 2025 through December 2025, and this has been one of the most upsetting and disappointing experiences of my professional life. I have never worked for an attorney who was so unprofessional and unethical. Our agreement was that I would be paid every Friday, yet from the very beginning, she failed to honor that commitment. Despite completing my work and submitting two invoices on 11/28 and 12/5, I have still not been paid for the hours I worked. She has now outright refused to pay me. After sending a formal demand letter and terminating the contract, I was immediately locked out of her system. I later spoke with her prior paralegal, Emily, and learned that she experienced the same treatment. I am a single mother, and this situation has caused serious financial hardship, leaving me struggling to pay my bills. I feel taken advantage of and highly disappointed.
