Anna was friendly and professional in person, however, her attention to detail was poor. I received partial stock documents that listed other people's names and a wrong number of children. Multiple edits later, these documents continued to contain the wrong number of children and misspelled names. After further corrections, Anna stated, "this is highly unusual since never have I had mediation clients make so many changes to a document." She then said good luck and sent a final bill.
