Paid good money for four template estate documents. Each one had errors, including six typos on one document, one of which was not corrected even after my request; I let it go to make this all end. There was a typo on the Deed after I was told the attorney reviewed it. The final form was a "sample" sent to me with someone else's name. I felt scant value as a little-guy client.
I was referred to Peacock, Gaffney & Damianakis by the Clearwater Bar Association, expecting a professional and respectful consultation. Instead, I encountered arrogance, condescension, and an overall dismissive attitude. During our initial meeting, he not only talked down to me but made an insulting remark I'm a liaimplying that I “don’t have the kind of money he needs to put on his ties for me and pay for his son’s education.” This comment was both unethical and inappropriate, especially in a professional legal setting. Additionally, given the apparent cultural and language barrier, it became clear that he did not fully understand or relate to basic American expressions or everyday concerns, which raises serious questions about how he would represent someone effectively in real-world situations. In short: this is not someone I would entrust with my case or recommend to others. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for competent, respectful, and culturally aware legal representation.
Went in for a consultation with my gf to assist her custody matters, yes she was very unhappy with the service as well. I paid $350 expecting to get more information than a Free consultation, needless to say it was a waste. We got better consultation from lawyers that offered a free consultations, this one will just rob you. This individual was unprofessional, and rude chastising both of us. I'm not one to typically leave reviews but this was so profound it is necessary.
