When I was still able to work I was in customer service, so hopefully I know what taking care of people's problems is supposed to be about. Most of my interaction was with my case manager Jennifer M. and her level of commitment, professionalism and knowledge blew me away. My main attorney was Jennifer P. who was also very caring, skilled and professional. Years of stress, my service connected conditions , chronic pain and dealing with the VA on my own has left me fairly grumpy, impatient, and not the most pleasant person to work with. Both Jennifer and Jennifer took the time to put my mind at ease and keep me precisely updated throughout the entire compensation filing process, and the results achieved far exceeded my expectations. If you're hesitant to contact them don't be, you will be treated with respect and not a like VA claim number. If you're smart you'll do it TODAY!!
