I have used this firm in a child custody matter also. This is an excellent firm with the most knowledgeable and caring attorneys.

Kennedy Law Firm is great. Mr. Kennedy and Mr. John Carver will go the extra mile. Mr. Carver even had car issues the day of my court proceedings two hours from were my court was he showed up with a his car on a tow truck just to get to my court date. That is dedication to there clients. They are great and would use them again if I ever need a lawyer.

Pleasant and helpful to work with, I reside in another state and they were good to work with for communications and making sure I was fully informed.

I had a Child Custody case with an attorney from this firm. They seemed disorganized, unprepared, and unknowledgeable about the legal issues.
I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

We lived about 300 miles from where we had to go to court in Clarksville TN. We had missed work and went through 2 court dates postponed by the court and when we couldn't make it to the third, Mr. Kennedy made us pay another 1000 for us to postpone one time from our end,and i had to get all the evidence for him, and do all the evidence photo taking.

Sending out threatening letters without someone serving you nor any signature required after I have already filed a police report! Demanding I take stuff off of my social media with no one’s name or business attached!

I've had a basic car accident settlement case with them since March 2023. In 2 ALMOST 3 years there has been no solid update on my case, can barely get a hold of my lawyer, and when I finally do, I get a run around. Finally agreed on an amount to settle, TWO MONTHS AGO, still no paperwork being signed. Just no movement. I've called up here to complain about the handling of my case and all they continue to do is just have my lawyer FINALLY call me and nothing else. I'm at my whits end with this and will be figuring out what legal action can be taken against them and contacting the bar association to file a complaint.

Injury Case He called me saying he reached an agreement with the insurance company and that they would pay $30,000 so I figured after he takes his portion, fees etc. it would leave me with roughly around $20k then a few days later calls me and tells me "he can get me around $500 in my pocket because the insurance company won't go any higher", what a slap in the face that still hurts, I would say Kevin is clearly a thief that hides behinds gods word, but no worries because you will hear me say (Karmas Got Me Covered!)
