My partner left me and took our newborn son. I was devastated and losing precious bonding time with my son. Debra Chafin was highly recommended to me, and I now understand why. Mrs. Chafin listened intently to my concerns, my desires, and my goals. She made my goals her priority. Paperwork was always filed in a timely manner and communication was always open and prompt. During hearings and mediation, she was always well prepared, professional, and above all always had my best interests in mind. She always stood her ground on matters that were of the utmost importance to me. Her knowledge of family law helped navigate many complex situations in a timely manner. Her confidence helped ease my anxieties and uncertainties regarding my situation. My divorce is finalized in five months, and I have 50-50 custody of my child. Mrs. Chafin has met and exceeded all my expectations for a lawyer. If I had it to do all over again, I would hire her again.

I cannot recommend Debra highly enough! She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to listen to my concerns and goals, making sure I felt heard and understood. She handled everything with professionalism and compassion, giving me confidence during even the most difficult moments. She also ensured that nothing was overlooked, and they truly went above and beyond to secure the best possible outcome for me.

Hired Attorney Debra Chafin

She does not do what you ask for. She will send you down all kind of rabbit holes and leave you with a hell of a bill. She is worried a lot more about her next case with the judge than yours. She does not protect your privacy or info also. I received a great deal of personal and financial information from another case by her office then I had to notify there office of the huge mistake. Save your money. I had around $40,000 in legal fees for divorce from a three year marriage. Not to mention the year and half of court proceedings. I owe it all to mediator for finally getting the divorce settle.
