My wife and I hired Todd Trucks after a disasterous experience with another attorney. I have never needed a Attorney before, ignorant of the process of choosing I selected one with a lot of hype initially. After firing the first attorney my wife and I decided to hire Todd. I wish I would have chose him the first time ,my case probably wouldn't have taken so long. Todd is very knowledgeable and well versed in workman's comp law. Todd and his staff are honest and transparent with everything we where going through. Insurance companies are unfortunately not honest and transparent they lie,cheat,steal and withhold. Not to sound like a commercial (but you need a lawyer who knows the law) it's nice to know your attorney is truthful when you're thrusted into a system that is not.
