Hired Attorney Todd Trucks

My wife and I hired Todd Trucks after a disasterous experience with another attorney. I have never needed a Attorney before, ignorant of the process of choosing I selected one with a lot of hype initially. After firing the first attorney my wife and I decided to hire Todd. I wish I would have chose him the first time ,my case probably wouldn't have taken so long. Todd is very knowledgeable and well versed in workman's comp law. Todd and his staff are honest and transparent with everything we where going through. Insurance companies are unfortunately not honest and transparent they lie,cheat,steal and withhold. Not to sound like a commercial (but you need a lawyer who knows the law) it's nice to know your attorney is truthful when you're thrusted into a system that is not. Todd brought us a lot of comfort when there seemed to be none. Thanks Todd and team for all your hard work,and we hope we never need you again. (Lol) But if we ever need a attorney again you'll be our go too.

Jason along with his assistant, went above and beyond to make sure I won my case. They made me feel like zi actually had a chance ag winning and were correct. Good stuff. If I were to do it over again, I would still choose Jason to handle my case.

Hired Attorney Todd Trucks

Todd advised with a list and if the insurance company did any of the things listed then I would need a lawyer. Of course they tried to sideline me So I called Todd an he started helping me to get the care I needed a financial support from workers comp. It took 2.5yrs but he never stopped pushing the insurance company to do the right thing. 2 surgeries an multiple spinal injections along with physical therapy and it’s finally over an thanks to Todd I was taken care of 100%. I’m so great full he was super communicative with me and always had my back until the end. Thank you so very much
