The only reason I would not refer them to others is because of the size of the law firm and it seems like unless you have a multi-million dollar case, it gets lost in the shuffle. It is quite hard to get in touch with the attorney handling your case, and when you do talk to someone, it is always the paralegal. She is also hard to reach and does not always return calls. I am sure they may be good with large cases, but with smaller cases, I would go with a more local firm.

They have messed up my case, some other person with my name had health insurance and they were letting this insurance company pay for all of my bills when I told them numerous times that I did not have any health insurance. Now I am receiveing so many bills all because they did not do their job in looking into this person with the same name as I have. It was pretty simple because this person is a child, and lives in another state and has a different social security number than I do.

Be aware before hiring the Morgan and Morgan in Alpharetta, Georgia. They piggy back off of Morgan and Morgan reviews from years back and as of today they have only been in business for a year. All of the locations are individually owned and bought and paid for partnerships by the biggest bidder. In Alpharettas case, that is precisely what happenened. None of them have much experience and name "experts" to Attorneys that have zero experience. As in one to two years and never tried a case, and the main Attorney and the rest only have about five to six years of experience, but unless you start digging very deep, you will never know that. With that much inexperience comes terrible service. Be aware! Shop around! It's smoke and mirrors and if they will resort to dishonesty in marketing, what will they do with your money? Maybe try and pad the medical bills with things that was never ordered by your doctor? And refuse to speak to you about those services?Pay attention! You owe them nothing!

I had a consultation regarding SSDI. The consultant seemed to have no idea what he was doing. I am sure he got things wrong. After 2 hours and 10 minutes, they said they couldn't help me with my SSDI. He made me feel like I was nothing. He didn't understand medical or jobs. He didn't know how to spell or say my name, and Louisville. You need someone to consult who's at least familiar with the area. First consult with these attorneys. Would not recommend anyone going through what I just did.

To all those that wrote they don't care about regular folks citizens its true. If you don't have dollars signs written on top of your hurt, pain and suffering.....they will NOT handle your case. Some of us hard working citizens have been wronged and sorry my claim isn't import or have yall dollar sign....BUT ITS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME.... SO ALL OF US DON'T MATTER TO THIS COMPANY... THEIR COMMERCIALS ARE MISLEADING AND EVERYONE ISNT IMPORTANT TO THEM.... NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY.

My wife requested a free consult due to her auto accident in 2018 and because the case was only worth about $100,000 she was told that Morgan & Morgan declined to take the case. She has been in chronic pain since the accident, the car had over $14,000 in damages, the other driver received a citation and the other party admitted fault, as did their insurance carrier. I am disappointed that their TV commercials infer that no case is too small. I guess that's not true.

My only concern is that they use Doctors that will charge you out of your settlement for unreasonable charges made by these Doctors to your part of the money.
