Hired Attorney Alexander Bylinkin

He was great in the beginning, but when it came time to either take a settlement or go to trial he wanted me to take a settlement, when we might of won if we went to trial because the opposite side messed with the tape evidence, ripped up a parking lot. But ALEX was completely different when that happened and I felt like I was pushed to take a settlement. He didn't send anyone to the accident site to investigate anything like he said he was going to do.

Hired Law Firm

The firm is a well established practice in FL with an abundance of experience. They handle a variety of types of cases and have the winning track record. They request no money up front, they will come to your home or business to meet with you. I was referred to the firm by a relative who had a successful WC case with them in 2008. They were successful at obtaining a fair settlement. The firms proven trial history speaks for itself and their name alone shows defendants that you are serious!

Was not happy that the lawyer I called to represent me never spoke to me and I was represented by another lawyer in the firm. While he did a good job, I felt deceived that the lawyer I thought I was hiring did nothing on my case at all.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
