Hired Attorney Brian David Joslyn Esq.

Mr. Joslyn is by far a phenomenal criminal defense lawyer. He went above and beyond to help my with my Felony case in Franklin County. I have been in criminal trouble before, so the prosecutor seemed to have it out for me. Brian was relentless with his negotiating tactics. The case took several months, but Brian kept me updated along the way and I trusted him. He got me a great deal that I know took some very hard work. Thanks again to attorney Joslyn.

Hired Attorney Brian David Joslyn Esq.

Brian is a very straightforward lawyer who seems to sincerely care about his job. He helped keep me out of prison, when the fact of my case weren't good and the prosecutor really wanted me to serve some time. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone in need of a criminal lawyer.

Very straight forward attorney. Mr. Joslyn appeared to be very knowledgable and also seemed to be very well known in the courthouse. Mr. Joslyn seemed like a really cool guy and was always there to answer all of my questions. Mr Joslyn ultimately got me completely out of my DUI and criminal charges. I couldn't have asked for anything better and hope I don't ever get into trouble again but if I did I would use Mr. Joslyn without hesitation.

My son hired this firm when he got an OVI. I’m not proud of this, but as a mother I assisted him in helping to pay for this as they want large sums of money and young adult children don’t always have that available. They took the first payment and he was granted a continuance in court. My 28 year old son unexpectedly died of a heart attack on the morning that the second large payment was to be paid. The payment came out of the account automatically and I called the firm and politely explained why he would no longer be needing their assistance and could they please refund that payment as now I have some even larger funeral arrangement payments to make. They said no, I have the voicemail stating that they still needed to work on his case and would absolutely not be refunding even part of the payment. I feel this is just not the right thing to do, and sadly this money was the difference between being able to bury my child or not.
