My H1B visa was revoked under 22 CFR § 41.122(h)(3) when I tried to enter the U.S.. In addition I was expedited removed and barred from entering the U.S. for 5 years and given 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) and 212(a)(6)(C)(i). I was totally lost. Luckily Peter was willing to take my case and resolved all issues so I was able to enter the U.S. with my H1B working for the same employer. What a relief! HE'S TRULY THE BEST!
