I joined the "General Counsel Club" and when I needed input the feedback that I got was very poor with an attitude. {para}Spiegel & Utrera is great for filling out your initial business formation paperwork, but I should have remembered the old saying, "You Get What You Pay For", was very true when I called the General Counsel Club. I had to call another attorney and get some real input.

Used this firm from computer source how to become an LLC. Joined paid called and never got a call back. Not to happy especially since we paid for extra service to be able to ask questions with Amerilawyer.

I called to get my LLC created and I completed the transaction the last week of October. I have not received any info at all on the status of my LLC or any receipt of my purchase. I was I'd receive emails every time I’ve called and have not received anything. I get different people every time I call and no one know anything about anything. I would hate to see how they would represent me if I hired them as a lawyer. I am also a veteran. This is unacc

BEWARE: Hypocrite and a Scam-artist!!!{para}By far the least professionalism i have ever seen from an attorney to a returning customer.{para}I was charged and paid a quote for the job that was discussed in detail prior to quote being rendered. Waited 7 months for the job to be completed, just to receive an empty template of a document that i myself had to fix, and then told that i needed to pay an additional sum of money if i wanted to actually have the job finished.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
