There are some lawyers in the firm that are a little too zealous.
His firm is very good, however he is very expensive for what little they end up doing.I could have gotten the same accomplished for a lot less money and being on a fixed income, it was way too much to spend.
The staff is very nice and helpful. Keeps you calm when your in a financial hardship and afraid of losing everything.

Peter Francis Geraci made a ton of money off of me and my husband. I didn't give another a shot to get to do my bankruptcy because of geraci's commercials on tv. I really never had a lawyer for anything in my life and I guess I took the easy way out by watching his commerials. The job got done for a big hefty fee! That was my biggest gripe about him and his firm.
The firm did not follow through on my Reaffirmations before Discharge and thus they were not Reaffirmed. Also, they were totally unresponsive to me about a question I had, promised 3 times to have someone call me back, and never did so.
I felt that the people on the phone were very rude and short with us.
