Hired Attorney Mr. Mark Tolman

Mark was absolutely amazing to work with and incredible in the courtroom. If it wasn’t for his knowledge in the case he helped us on I think the judge already had his mind up on how he was going to rule.

Hired Attorney Mr. Mark Tolman

I have worked with Mark on some tough employment issues and Mark is a constant professional. Mark has a practical approach and works hard to find solutions that fit our business and culture needs. I enjoy working with Mark and would highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney Mr. Timothy Smith

Mr. Smith is a problem solver with the resources to make complex issues simple and less costly. I've appreciated his help and wisdom for many years now. He is also a fine person and well as a qualified attorney in his field.

Hired Law Firm

They have been handling our case from day one and we are very fortunate to find them. They have been very professional, thorough and have always had our best interest. They do need to communicate better, we communicate mostly through e-mail and don't get updates like we should to stay informed about what exactly is going on.. That would be the only negative thing I have to say about them. Overall they are excellent.

Hired Attorney Mrs. Taryn Evans

I retained Taryn Evans to represent me in a high-asset divorce case in Salt Lake City. Over the course of litigation, I paid more than $300,000 in attorney’s fees, not including approximately $30,000 in expert fees. My case involved significant marital assets, including paid-off real estate and business interests. Ultimately, I received a minority portion of the marital estate, no alimony, and 40% parent-time, despite being the primary caregiver for our children throughout the marriage. During the judicial settlement conference, I felt unprepared and unsupported. I did not receive clear strategic guidance regarding whether settling was advisable compared to proceeding to trial. When I asked for direction, I was told the decision was “up to me,” without substantive evaluation of risks and potential outcomes. After the settlement, my ex-spouse did not pay within the required timeframe. I ultimately retained new counsel to pursue compliance, incurring additional legal fees.

Hired Attorney Ms. Camille Buhman

Multiple violations of the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct occurred during and after her representation in my divorce case. Summary of Misconduct: 1. Refusal to Return My Client File upon termination of representation. 2. Excessive and Unethical Billing $41,500 for a single month she had recently estimated $10,000 to complete the remainder of my case. I had not authorized charges of this magnitude, wasn't informed in advance. Ms. Buhman refused to discuss them and threatened to withdraw just one day before trial, placing me under severe pressure to remain represented despite serious trust and billing concerns. 3. Charging for Disputes Over Her Own Billing Mistakes hundreds of $ for communications related to her invoicing errors, some of which revealed thousands $ mistakes. 4. Retaliatory Threats Upon Termination After I moved to dismiss Ms. Buhman, she responded with threats to place a lien on my home or garnish my wages. 6. Lack of Billing Transparency and Potential Double Billing
