Joel was incredible at helping me navigate a difficult financial situation. He broke down the differences between a chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy, explained my options to me, and guided me through the process after I ultimately decided on a chapter 13. He provided resources for the bankruptcy courses that I was required to take, and made an otherwise difficult situation very easy. I appreciate his time and attention to detail with me.

The five-star rating is well-deserved as Joel Spivack is sharp, kind and professional. Most importantly, he knows bankruptcy law, which I can speak from experience that not all bankruptcy lawyers do.
