He is personable and easy to communicate with. I was kept up to date with the progress always. I relocated during my case and it all went smoothly even 3000 miles away. Patrick Cruise is very knowledge of Social Security Benefits, as well as, Long Term Disability. He is easy to talk to and understands. He fights for you, never give up or say it is impossible. He kept right on negotiating with my insurance company for my Long Term Disability until he got the fair amount for me. He also represented me for my Social Security Benefits and won. His staff is also great! I highly recommend Patrick Cruise to help you with your needs.

I have tried for years to get my disability. I even had another attorney firm before. With Patrick and Christina's help I was able to make SSA understand my situation. They are the most understanding and caring attorney I have ever met. They kept me informed of what was happening in my case. Other attorneys tend to make you feel like you are bothering them. The Hamilton Firm makes you feel very comfortable and every question is important.

He is very thorough and made it a point to research every aspect of my case. He is also aggressive and dealt with the insurance agent and defense attorney in an appropriate manner.
