Hired Attorney Kenneth Rannick

Kenneth Rannick represented me in a BK in 2011, knowing I was going to move from TN he said there would be no issue with the move. He lied. Less than 3 months after moving, my case was dismissed due to my move. He then waited 7 years and filed for a judgment with false dated paperwork since the statute of limitation is 6 years, and he wasn't owed the amount he filed for since he didn't do what he was hired to do. He only cares about collecting fees, not helping people.

Hired Attorney Kenneth Rannick

I felt like mr. rannick was not a good communicator. He did not want what was best for my situation it was what was best for him. I went to Mr. rannick as the only one employed in my family, husband out of work and a 9 year old in school. my debt was around 12, 000. because he wanted to charge me 2,000 for his services he stated i could not file chapter 7 because i could not afford it with hiring him. i should have went somewhere else but i really did not have the money for another attorney
