Such an easy process. I got a speeding ticket while traveling through Boone, NC in a rental car. I’m from MD and the officer told me I would have to appear in person for court date. I was very hesitant at first, thought I could’ve been gambling with the down payment, but I gave it a shot. I only paid a few days before my court date and 2 of those days were on the weekend. I thought for sure they would never be able to represent me by Monday. Loe and behold they were able to and not only that but negotiated me a voluntary dismissal for all 5 charges! I was absolutely stunned. I thought for sure I was scammed. Sure enough I contacted the courthouse and I checked my records online and it was true! I never expected them to be totally dismissed! Very helpful. Great communication and responsiveness even though it took almost a year to get it settled because insurance was dragging their feet closing the claim. They kept up with us about deadlines and how the process was going to be finalized. Outcome was favorable and we appreciate their hard work.

Working with the lawyer was great they explained what was gonna happen the prices aren’t too bad either and overall they got my speeding ticket pretty low and pretty fast at that and took quite a bit of points off my license could’ve been suspended but they got it to where it isn’t

iTicket is an extremely streamlined process for dealing with traffic violations. The 8 hour NCPP course was real informative and instills in the viewer the consequences of not being in control of your vehicle. A real eye opener. I'm glad I had to take this course.
