I have only lived in North Carolina a couple of years. I haven't had a traffic violation in almost 25 years. I received a citation for running a stop sign. When I got online to find a local lawyer, I found iticket. I have to say I was dubious of obtaining a lawyer on-line and the kind of service I'd receive. After partially filling out the on-line form, I decided to call. I talked with someone rather quickly and they answered all my questions and told me about the lawyer I was going get and how it looked like it would be handled. I got an email right away confirming details and then received another confirming how they were going to approach my case. (They were going to plead for a "prayer for judgement." I'd never heard of such a thing. She explained it was like a "get out of jail free" card, but could be used only once every five years. Needles to say, I was very pleasantly surprised when my case closed and they were able to close it with an Improper Equipment violation.

This was my 2nd time using iTicket and my daughter used them once. Perfect outcome each time. I think this is a great way to handle driving tickets and dispute if you don't have time to go to court.
