I am happy to report that the law firm have successfully negotiated a Voluntary Dismissal of all my charges of "Speeding (70/55) and "Fail To Secure Passen Under 16." As this case has been dismissed, it is now closed and no monies are due to the court. Based on the average NC family insurance premium, this outcome could save you between $800-$3000, depending on the nature of my charge. Given that this is the best possible outcome in North Carolina, I believe that this was the best result possible under the current circumstances, and I am pleasantly pleased with this resolution. Did a fantastic job of helping us with our 2 teenagers speeding tickets driving to Boone. Yes, both of my kids got tickets. One on the way and one on the way back. I felt so unsure as to even where to start. I was so afraid of how much our insurance was going to go up.
