Hired Attorney

I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Calkins' firm on multiple occasions. In 2018, and 2019 Pars Capital hired the Calkins Law Firm to handle the legal aspects of merger transaction. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable in performing the transaction details and offering valuable advice when constructing the transaction framework. The firm performs within timelines that are sometime very aggressive due to nature of the work we do. I will certainly not hesitate to hire the firm on future transactions.

Hired Attorney

Ben Calkins represented our firm with a very difficult business asset purchase. The seller was not motivated, difficult to work with and changed the agreement quite a few times adding two or three extra months to close the deal. Ben remained calm but more important kept me calm and balanced throughout the entire process. I will enlist Ben’s help for our next acquisition.
